Refund Policy

At TZ Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a refund within 3 days of delivery. To process your request, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Once your request is approved and the item is returned, your refund will be processed within a few working days. Please note that refunds are only applicable in valid cases, and shipping charges are non-refundable. TZ Collection reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
